Direct Access -Organisational Chart changes


Overview

Clients can request that their payroll consultant assign employees for them on their company organisation structure on Direct Access.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide Datacom with changes to the organisation structure including the names of the employees who will be impacted by the change in reporting lines.
Information that will need to be provided is:

  • Employee name (reportee)
  • Employee code
  • Manager name
  • Manager Code (or email if not an employee)

The client can request this change by:

  • Emailing their payroll consultant.
  • Entering the change under the employee modifications on Admin Direct Access.
  • Supplying an Excel spreadsheet detailing all employee changes.

EasiPay Responsibilities

Datacom will make changes to employees reporting lines upon request based on the information provided by the client. This work is chargeable on an hourly basis.
Once the changes have been made, the payroll consultant must confirm with the client that the changes made are correct.
