Standard Report Request

Overview

Clients may require standard reports (reports which have already been created in the system) on an ad-hoc basis. These reports can be for employee data or covering multiple pay periods pay data.

Examples of Standard Requests:

Non-chargeable request: client requires a one-off IR345 report for a specific pay period. The consultant will send the request report as a one-off distribution.

Chargeable request: client requires IR345 reports for the last 10 pay periods. The consultant will send the requested report as a one-off distribution for all pay periods requested. This will be timed and charged at the standard hourly consulting rate of $150 per an hour

.
Report Writer Access: Access to the DataPay Application (Report Writer) has a cost of $50.00 per month and there is no limit to the number of users. Users can also be given scope access for companies with multiple pay groups. With this monthly fee, users can generate any amount of standard reports and even create reports should the need arise.

Client Responsibilities

The Client must specify which standard report and for what periods they require the reports for.

EasiPay Responsibilities

The EasiPay Consultant will then generate the requested report based on the client's needs. When the reports are created they will then be sent to the client from the payroll application as one off distribution reports.

Note:

  • Some requests will take longer than others. The timeframe of how long the request will take to complete will be communicated by the consultant.
  • Report requests may be chargeable. This will depend on the amount of time it will take the consultant to generate and send the reports.
  • Access to the report writer and view access to the system can be given to multiple users for a charge of $50 per month. This gives added visibility to the payroll data and allows the client to view archived reports, run standard report and create their own user defined reports.
