Overview

On occasion, your external auditors may send you an audit questionnaire to complete. Often the questions asked can be answered by referring them to Datacom Payroll's latest ISAE (NZ) 3402 Type 2 Service Organisation Controls Report. This is completed on an annual basis. 

Sometimes auditors may require a specific Audit Questionnaire to be completed. Given the time-consuming nature of this work, this may require project services and a Statement of Work (SOW) signed.

Client Responsibilities

To receive a copy of the latest ISAE (NZ) 3402 Type 2 report, Datacom may require you to sign a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement.

The report is provided at no cost.

If you need further information please contact your EasiPay Consultant to discuss. They will determine if a project needs to be created and provide a SOW outlining the work involved. Upon signing the SOW, you will be introduced to the Professional Services Consultant completing the work.

EasiPay Responsibilities

Upon receipt of a request of Datacom's ISAE (NZ) 3402 Type 2 report, your EasiPay Consultant will check that a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement has been completed. If not, they will send through a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement.

Only when we have a Mutual Confidentiality Agreement in place, will the EasiPay Consultant send the latest ISAE 3402 report.

If further information is required, the EasiPay Consultant will help scope the information needed to create a SOW. Once completed, the SOW will be sent to the Client for review and signing. 

When the signed SOW is returned, the project will be allocated to a Professional Services Consultant who will work with the Client to fulfill the SOW requirements.
