JobMaker Setup

Eligible for JobMaker Payment 

Through Bulk Changes business can identify, nominate and report eligible employees.

  • Company > Bulk Changes 

  • Then select Bulk Change

  • Select Bulk change employee values option

  • Select both JobMaker Nomination or JobMaker Period field. Then Next button

  • Select both Edit individual values and leave as Default to employee's relevant start date. Then Next button

  • Amend accordingly. Refer to below JobMaker Nomination Status and JobMaker Period Status for further detail. Then Next button.

  • View the summary of changes. To accept select Next button.

  • Save the report. Then hit the Finish button.

How should I manage this in DataPay?

We have created 2 new fields 

  • JobMaker Nominations Status (other non-taxable allowance, zero value allowance type)
  • JobMaker Period Status (other non-taxable allowance, zero value allowance type)

JobMaker Nomination Status

Editable field to nominate eligible employees. 

Drop down chevron options

None - only used to indicate employee not eligible for JobMaker.

New Hire - for additional employee eligibility criteria nomination to JobMaker Hiring Credit Scheme 

Rehire - for an employee who ceased employment and subsequently rehired and meets the eligibility criteria JobMaker Hiring Credit Scheme. 

Cancelled New Hire - for removal of the initial additional new hire nomination for the employee as they should not form part of claim. 

Cancelled Rehires - for removal of rehire nomination for the employee as they should not form part of claim. 

JobMaker Period Status

Editable field to nominate eligible employees met the minimum hours test for the period

Drop down chevron options

None - only used to indicate employee not eligible in the period.

Period 1 - indicates period 1 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Period 2 - indicates period 2 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Period 3 - indicates period 3 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Period 4 - indicates period 4 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Period 5 - indicates period 5 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Period 6 - indicates period 6 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Period 7- indicates period 7 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Period 8 - indicates period 8 in which the nominated employee has met the minimum hours test for a JobMaker that the employer intends to claim for. Employers will need to report this quarterly that they met the eligibility criteria.

Cancelled Period 1 - indicates period 1 removal of previously reported JobMaker period.

Cancelled Period 2 - indicates period 2 removal of previously reported JobMaker period.

Cancelled Period 3 - indicates period 3 removal of previously reported JobMaker period.

Cancelled Period 4 - indicates period 4 removal of previously reported JobMaker period.

Cancelled Period 5 - indicates period 5 removal of previously reported JobMaker period.

Cancelled Period 6 - indicates period 6 removal of previously reported JobMaker period.

Cancelled Period 7- indicates period 7 removal of previously reported JobMaker period.
