Add Alternative Pay Rates


Alternative Pay Rates may be set against Employees in order to be used in Alt Pay Rates style components. Using a component with an Alt Rate 1 or Alt Rate 2 attribute will automatically pick up the rates from the Employee fields as shown below.



To add an Alternative Pay Rate, search for the employee and click on the arrow on the Details button in the ribbon and select More Details, or click on the More Details hyperlink to the bottom-right of the Employee Groups box on the employee details screen.



Enter the alternative pay rate(s) in the Alt Pay Rate fields provided. Ensure the correct effective date is entered.
