Estimating a Termination

The termination wizard is a great tool for estimating terminations, e.g., potential redundancies. You are able to use the wizard without the employee being aware a calculation has been done.

All that needs to be done is to follow the Creating a Termination Package steps. Do not apply the package to a pay run otherwise the employee will be terminated.

The PDF summary can be printed out or saved.

For a full calculation of an employee's last pay, including any unprocessed leave requests or any pending ordinary hours, you’ll need to apply the termination into the pay run or do it manually.
