Removing Termination Package

You can only remove a termination package from a pay run that is In Progress or Pending.

If you no longer want a termination package applied to a pay run, you can remove it from being applied to that pay run.

You can then apply it again later, potentially to another pay run, or modify/delete it.

Steps on how to open a pay run can be found in the Open a Pay Run article.

The same process applies as when you applied the termination package except you only have one method to remove it.

Right click on any pay packet then select Remove Termination payments from Pay Run.

All termination packages applied in the pay run will automatically be highlighted.

Make sure only those you want to remove remain selected then select Next then Finish in the next screen.
