Run Single Report for Multiple Pay Groups

 
To run one report across more than one Pay Group in your company, tick the Pay Groups required in the Report Builder Settings.

The Search Type options will still be applicable:

By Date - This option will report on valid data as at the selected date.

By Time Period - This option will report on valid data between the dates selected.

As there are multiple Pay Groups, the Current Pay Run option is now disabled.

Please note that the above screen is for Pay Run style reports only. Employee Details reports will include all Pay Groups for the company unless otherwise filtered out.
