Running Reports within Report Builder

 
Once you have completed constructing your report, it will need to be run in order to generate data.

There are two options / methods for running reports – On Screen and Exporting.

To run the report to screen, select Run Report at the bottom of the report page.

Once the report has generated data, the screen will move to the Results View tab. This tab can be moved away from or gone back to at any time.

To export the results to an Excel / CSV / PDF file instead, select the Export Report button in the ribbon.

A dialogue box will appear asking for the name of the file, the file location and the file format.
