Remuneration History Screen
Remuneration History is a module included in the ESS / Direct Access package. If you currently use ESS / Direct Access (for more than just online payslips) then the Support Team can enable this module for you at any time.
The screen is available to use both within ESS / Direct Access and as an embedded page within the Employee tab of DataPay.
The top portion of the screen shows the Remuneration History for an employee. All data in this screen can be Printed to PDF or Exported to Excel file.
The columns visible can be customised by clicking on the drop down menu on the right of each column header.
Any change to a Remunerable field will trigger a new row of Remuneration History. By default these fields include:
- Pay Rate / Annual Salary
- Pay Rate Option
- Standard Hours
- Occupation
- Custom Benefits
Home Costing and Tenure can also be set as Remunerable fields but are not included by default.
Notes:
- A new package can be manually generated by clicking on the "New" button.
- The "Annual Salary" column reflects information from the Employee Details screen and requires a Work Pattern to exist for the entire time period. If the time period is incomplete, the Annual Salary will show as $0
- The "Annual Package" column includes the Annual Salary plus any Allowances or Deductions in the employee's Pay Components screen. It is possible to have an Annual Package lower than the Annual Salary.
- You will only be able to "Delete" the most recent Remuneration package / line
Components can be excluded from the Annual Package calculation via the Company tab > Components Setup Drop Down > Configure Remunerable Components. This can only be done at Company scope and not for individual employees.
