Pay Groups

The Pay Group tab is where individual Pay Groups can be managed. As a client you are unable to create Pay Groups, however the DataPay Support Team are happy to do this for you when required. The available pay frequencies are:

  • Monthly
  • Bi-Monthly
  • Fortnightly
  • Weekly

Values can be set differently for separate Pay Groups where needed, however these follow the same guidelines as at Company scope.

Timesheet templates for both Excel and ESS / DA are created and customised at this level.
