Importing New Occupation Values



An initial set of Employee Occupation values are typically set up for each company during the implementation process. If additional Occupations need to be used, these will need to be imported before they can be assigned to an Employee.



To import a new Occupation value, navigate to the Company tab > Company Options screen, and locate the Field Import tool on the bottom right of the screen.


Select the Occupation field from the list in the left field, and enter in the new Occupation value in the text field. Once you are sure that the value is correct, click on the Import button.




Note: Currently there is no way to correct imported values through DataPay, so please ensure they are spelt correctly, and with no leading spaces before importing.
