Holidays Act Reform UpdateThe payroll community has been waiting in anticipation for the outcome of the Holidays Act review. The Holidays Act Taskforce came up with 22 recommendations to make the Act clearer and provide more certainty for employers. In April, the Government provided an update that the draft legislation on the new Holidays Act would be delayed until the middle of the year. |
Fair Pay Agreements UpdateIn our March issue we outlined the importance of businesses having a sound understanding of the Fair Pay Agreements Act and what it means for payroll. The second package of regulations came into force in June.
