Sick leave minimum entitlement changes

On 24 July 2021 legislation was enacted that provided employees an increase in minimum sick leave entitlement from five days to 10 days. As an employer, this is an important change and each employee needs to be updated to ensure they are receiving what they are entitled to going forward.
