MyPay App - Clear Previous User Data

Yourself or your employees may encounter this error message whenever they have had some sort of changes to their user account which is not allowing you to log into the app. 

To remedy this error in the MyPay app, please see the steps below:


Clear the app cache and data

  • Android (each android versions steps may be different, but the same idea applies)
    • Go to Settings
    • Go to Apps
    • Find your app in the list
    • Go to storage
    • Clear cache
    • Clear data
    • Uninstall the app
    • Go to the Google Play Store and download the latest version of MyPay
    • Log-in again with your current username and password


  • iOS
    • Go to settings

    • Go to General

    • Click on Iphone Storage

    • Scroll down and look for the app

    • Click on Delete App

    • Go to the App Store and download the latest version of the MyPay app

    • Log-in again with your current username and password
