Showing Start, End and Break times on ESS and DA Timesheets



Within ESS and Direct Access there is the ability to add more specific time recording to an employees' timesheet entries.


Start, End and Break times can be added to online timesheets by enabling the feature in DataPay. Navigate to the Pay Group tab > Timesheet, and tick the box for "Enable Start, End and Break Times on ESS Daily Timesheets".




The additional columns will be enabled effective immediately, however they may not display by default on your timesheet. If this is the case, employees will need to select to view the additional columns before being able to enter information.




Note: This feature will only add additional columns to timesheet employees. Auto Paid / Salaried employees (even though they still have an online timesheet) will not receive these additional columns as there is no need to record this information.
