Employee Benefits Accessibility

Benefits access will be available for an onboarding employee after onboarding has been completed successfully. The page is accessible via Employee Direct Access → Benefits.

Open

Benefits access requires a profile to be created for the user. This is done behind the scene. If any error occurs when creating a profile, the “Start discovering your benefits” button will be disabled. The support team needs to be contacted to resolve the problem.

Employee View Benefits

Clicking on “Start discovering your benefit” on Direct Access Benefits page opens up an external Flare Benefits page. Employees can browse company benefits on this page.

Manage Benefits

A Benefits Account Owner has additional access to manage benefits via Perks Manager under Admin view of the Flare Benefits Landing Page.

PS. If the benefits account owner is an owener for multiple multi-company Companies, the access link is via the Admin page in Direct Access)

1. Flare Benefits landing page shows Employee view by default.

2. Click on Admin view to access Perks Manager.

Access Manager

A Benefits Account Owner has access to add users as Editors who can also manage benefits. Note Editors do not have access to Access Manager.
