Can the payroll administrator turn the “Access to Onboarding” and “Access to Benefits” off?

·         No, the module should not be turned off. If it is required to be turned off, check if any Onboarding Users are in pending or in progress status first. Please raise a case for advice.

Can the company be changed from a Single company to a multi company?

·         No, do not change the company from a Single Company setup to a Multi-Company Company setup

Can I end date a user who has completed their onboarding profile?

·         Yes. When end dating a user who has completed onboarding, update the username to be different from their email address.

Can the payroll administrator activate an employee from the Company Users Screen?

·         No. Always use Direct Access → Onboarding page to onboard a new employee. Employee users added from DataPay → Company Users screen will not go through the onboarding process.

Can I remove the onboarding administrator role from a benefits account owner?

·         No, you are not allowed to remove the Onboarding Administrator role from a Benefits Account Owner

What should I do with a current with the benefits account if the Benefits account owner is terminated?

·         Remember to assign a new Benefits Account Owner if a company’s Benefits Account Owner user is terminated
