Overview

This document to advise what the procedures are for when a client is leaving Datacom.

Client Responsibilities

Client is to let the Consultant know when possible when the last pay run to be processed with Datacom will be.
Client needs to be aware once the company being end dated that all access to payroll information will no longer be available.
It's a client responsibility to extract the information they require prior moving to new provider.
For Example: Employee 52 weeks earnings

EasiPay responsibilities

  1. Process End of Year Reports. (Consultant to notify client we will run these reports and who to be sent to)
  2. Current Year End Summary Report.
  3. Current Tax Year End Earnings Certificate.
  4. Estimated ACC Premium Report.
  5. Consultant to End Date:
    1. Billing. (End of the month)
    2. PAYE Intermediary.
    3. Pay Group.
    4. Company. (1st day of the following month)
  6. Consultant to check any outstanding invoices with Account Receivable.
