Along with Standard Reports available (as part of the trial and final pay runs) and Non-Standard Reports (through Report Writer tools), clients might sometimes require reports which need to be generated through the Back end (by the Development Team). These are reports which are complex in nature and at times too complicated (data is not accessible by end user) to be created by consultants or clients through the Report Writer feature. With this in mind, Datacom has a set of
Custom Reports which have been created and can be made available to clients should they need them.
For example, a client may want to create a report which shows an employee's forecasted Annual leave balance at a certain date in the future (which would be too complicated to create t
hrough through the report writer feature). There is a Custom Report which has been created by the Development team which would help the client with this request. Some of these custom reports might incur a configuration fee ($150 + GST).
Clients might also at times, need a Custom Report modified according to their requirements, which is then forwarded to the Dev team and may incur additional charges.
