Payroll is a highly sensitive and confidential area of the business. It is crucial that only the relevant people have access to this information. To ensure information is only discussed with authorised people persons, Datacom will ask for you to provide a list of authorised contacts.
Typically, this will be the main contact and a backup. The details of the authorised contacts are recorded and will be checked verified before providing any information.
All instructions will come from these and communications will be with the authorised contacts. Datacom will not respond directly to the clientClient's employees.
Client Responsibilities
The client Client shall nominate up to two administrators to communicate with Datacom.
All employee queries are to be dealt with by the Customer's own staff and these nominated staff may seek assistance from their Datacom EasiPay consultant.
When Where required, the administrators will may seek assistance from their Datacom EasiPay consultant.
The client Client will deal communicate with all third 3rd parties , for example e.g. queries from Government departments.

Your EasiPay consultant will update the Client contacts when advised and will only provide information to these people persons to ensure the confidentiality of the payroll information.
