Overview
Payroll is a highly sensitive and confidential area of the business. It is crucial that only the relevant people have access to this information. To ensure information is only discussed with authorised people Datacom will ask for a list of authorised contacts.
Typically, this will be the main contact and a backup. The details of the contacts are recorded and will be checked before providing any information.
All instructions will come from these authorised contacts. Datacom will not respond directly to the client's employees.
Client Responsibilities
The client shall nominate up to two administrators to communicate with Datacom.
All employee queries are to be dealt with by the Customer's own staff and these nominated staff may seek assistance from their Datacom consultant.
When required, the administrators will seek assistance from their Datacom consultant.
The client will deal with 3rd parties, for example queries from Government departments.

Your EasiPay consultant will update the Client contacts when advised and will only provide information to these people to ensure the confidentiality of the payroll information.
