There should not be any queries you cannot answer yourself, you can discuss with your payroll consultant to find the solution that you can deliver to your employee.
Please do not include the employee in the communication with your EasiPay Consultant as we do not want them coming directly to us. If an employee was to contact us, we would pass this back to you to ensure there is no breach of sensitive data.
