Overview

Throughout the process of paying your employees there will invariably be times when your employee has questions. When using the EasiPay service you will need to provide answers to your employees. Using our Employee Self Service tools will eliminate some questions as this gives employees and managers access to some employee information. Often the employee can find the information they need for themselves. Information such as predicted leave balances when leave is requested, or copies of payslips can be found in both Direct Access and our MyPay app.
Other queries may be directed to you and if you do not have the answer, you can work through the queries with your dedicated payroll consultant. The EasiPay Service does not include your payroll consultant dealing directly with your employees.

Client Responsibilities

Should you have any queries you cannot answer yourself, you can discuss with your payroll consultant to find the solution that you can deliver to your employee.
Please do not include the employee in the communication with your EasiPay Consultant as we do not want them coming directly to us. If an employee was to contact us, we would pass this back to you to ensure there is no breach of sensitive data.

EasiPay responsibilities

The EasiPay consultant will attend to any payroll queries in a timely manner. The EasiPay Consultant will only talk about Payroll matters with the authorised contacts for the client to ensure no breach in private data.
