Generate New Excel Timesheet



There are a couple of ways to generate a new excel timesheet. Generating a new timesheet will add any recently created employees and any new component columns which may have been recently added.


Navigate to the Pay Run tab and right click on the latest Pay Run and select 'Generate Timesheet Template(s)' from the drop down list presented.




Choose a timesheet grouping option (Optional - Will default to 'Pay Group' with split between timesheet and salary employees unless otherwise set at Pay Group scope) and click 'OK'. In the export screen that appears, check the directory configuration them click 'OK'. Typically this will default to a TEMP directory, and you would normally want to change this to somewhere you can easily retrieve and work on the file.
