Payslip Suppression

Within DataPay there are four different options for Payslip Suppression. As with most options this can be set at any of the four main scope levels.
They are:

• No Payslips – will suppress all payslips
• Payslips Every Pay – will suppress no payslips
• Payslips on change to Net Pay – will suppress payslips unless the DC value is different to that of the previous payslip
• Not Zero Pays – will suppress payslips that have a DC value of zero

To select your preferred payslip suppression option, start by navigating to the Company tab (at whichever scope required) > Components Setup > Payslip Options component.

Select your preferred payslip suppression option from the drop down list under Payslip Suppression.
