Annual Leave - Pay As You Go

Not all employees fit into the typical Standard Accrual or Proportional Accrual methods. As such a Pay As You Go method for Annual Leave exists which will pay out any accrued leave earned directly in the corresponding Pay Packet.

Any employees using this method will never accrue hours, so they cannot take paid annual leave.

A Pay As You Go 8% employee group is equivalent to 4 weeks annual accrual, while 10% is equivalent to 5 weeks. Further Employee Groups can be created to cater for any additional Pay As You Go percentages you require, by simply creating a new empty shell employee group, and assigning and configuring the Casual Holiday Pay component.
