Employee Payslip History

Administrators will have access to download an employee's payslip history to PDF. 

From the left-hand menu click on Employee > Payslip History


Tick the box for Reportee Payslips. Use the employee drop-down to search for the employee. 

If the employee has been terminated tick the option for Show Terminated

The date selection can be modified to search a specific time period

Once the options have been set, click Search


Each pay period for the date range selected will display and will provide summary information on the totals of that pay period.

Use the tick boxes to select single or multiple pay periods at once.

Click View Selected to view as a PDF document.
