Employees will have access to download their payslips from their Direct Access web-portal.

From the left-hand menu click on Payslips.

The payslips will be separated into quarters for the financial year. To change the quarter in view click on either the left or right arrow button to navigate.

The following data will be displayed for each payslip:

Pay Period End-Date
Gross Amount
Deduction (Tax) amount
Net amount

The employee will have the option to select a single period or multiple pay periods at once with the selection boxes on the left.

After selecting the periods, they can choose to download the payslip(s) as a PDF (without password protection) or send the payslip to their email address (with password protection).
