Personal Details

Based on the permissions enabled by the admin, employees will have access to view and edit any of their basic personal details and emergency contact details.

From the left-hand menu, click My Details > Personal Details.


Employees will be able to edit the following fields:

  • First, last and preferred name
  • Address details
  • Gender
  • Contact Numbers
  • Email address
  • Emergency Contact - Name
  • Emergency Contact - Number
  • Emergency Contact - Relationship

Once the changes are complete, click the Save button. 

Employees will also have the option of exporting this page as a PDF or Excel document with the export options.
