Post Payroll Reports
Overview

Datacom recommends all customers with more than 50 employees have access to the DataPay payroll system and the report writer.
This access gives the client view access to the same information that your EasiPay payroll consultant uses.
The report writer allows you write your own reports that cater for your specific requirements. Reports can be stored and run when required.
Reports can be designed to be run over specified time periods for example a report that needs to be run at the end of the month to report on several pay periods to give monthly totals.

Client Responsibilities

Usually clients will run their own user defined reports specifying the time periods required.
Standard reports can be run when required, if needed on an ad hoc basis.
If you don't already have report writer access, please let ask your consultant about it.

EasiPay responsibilities

Your EasiPay Consultant can assist with getting in touch with the DataPay Learning Team for Report Builder Training.
If required reports can be written by Datacom and stored so the client can run them when required. This will typically be a project.
