To be used when the company decided to allocated Company Leave Days for selected days. Like a Custom Stat Day.
Client Responsibilities
- Selected Days to be specified as Company Leave Days
- Employee list that is entitled for Company Leave Days or advise if it applies to all employees on payroll.
- Check the leave request report provided by Datacom to see if any leave is to be edited

Responsibilities
- Setup the Company Leave Days
- At Company Level: Mark selected days at the Company Calendar as per client's request only if it is for the whole company if not then this should be done in the new employee group.
- At Employee Group Level: Create employee group and assigned to specific employee that is entitled for Company Leave Days. Mark the selected days at the Employee Group Calendar as per client's request.
- Provide the client the leave request report for leave already applied (pending and approved) that spans over the new custom holiday.

Note:
- Potential leave will not be paid correctly if employee already has leave applied for those days prior company leave days being setup hence leave is to be checked.
- If any new employees are setup after the company leave setup and prior to the company leave date/s, then client to confirm if the custom holiday group is to be applied to them.
