Overview

This form Holiday Leave Reconciliations.xlsx may be used when you wish to reconcile an employee's annual leave balance in Weeks. This is at a detailed level and may be used going back to the employee's start date for reconciliation purposes. 

Client Responsibilities

The Client will need to provide their consultant with the following information:

  • Effective date of work pattern changes e.g. changes to work pattern from 20 hours per week to 40 hours effective on 20th February 2020
  • New work pattern details e.g. 40 hours Monday to Friday (8 hours)
  • Leave Dates when the employee took the leave (if Client is not using online leave request system)
  • Amount of Leave taken within the leave dates

EasiPay Responsibilities

  • Workout the proportion of leave taken in weeks
  • Obtain the total amount of annual leave taken in weeks
  • Update the Leave Summary Screen based on the new work pattern 
  • Ensure the leave component setup is based on how we would normally conduct a leave reconstruction e.g. Leave Rate: Standard Hours, Accrual Method: Current Standard Hours)
