- Is it payable on Termination? (applicable if its a leave that carries balance)
- Can this leave be applied online?
- If leave carries a balance, can everyone view balances or just manager view on direct access (ESS)
- Is the leave Anniversary Based?
- If Anniversary Based
- Employee Anniversary or Company Anniversary
- Provide entitlement amounts and when entitlements are given (annually, after so many years at varying steps etc…)
- Is there a maximum entitlement (Use it or lose it)?
- List of employees who are entitled to this new leave type
- Opening balances to import
- If Anniversary Based
- Is the leave irregular. Ie it does not need rules like above. It is granted when required and employee can take as needed. This leave will carry a balance. Example of this leave is Lieu Leave. They will earn it when advised o a andoc basis and are able to take this leave when required
- The leave has no requirement to hold a balance. only requirement is to record the leave when taken, Example of this leave is Public Holiday, Jury Leave, ACC
Datacom Responsibilities
- Setup the leave as per instructed
- If the leave is anniversary based, once implemented, get sign-off from The Client
