  • Is the leave irregular. Ie it does not need rules like above. It is granted when required and employee can take as needed. This leave will carry a balance. Example of this leave is Lieu Leave. They will earn it when advised o a andoc basis and are able to take this leave when required 
  • The leave has no requirement to hold a balance. only requirement is to record the leave when taken, Example of this leave is Public Holiday, Jury Leave, ACC 

Datacom Responsibilities

  • Setup the leave as per instructed 
  • If the leave is anniversary based, once implemented, get sign-off from The Client
