It is not uncommon to be asked if your payroll is compliant with the Holidays Act 2003.
Unfortunately, there is not a short answer to this question. To determine the answer requires an audit of the payroll set up involving company level components as well as a review of each employee's setup.
A Statement of Work (SOW) will be created for this project, based on the client's requirements, and will set out what will be reviewed. It is important that there is a good understanding of any methodology used to ensure the review will achieve the desired outcomes.
Once the SOW has been signed the project will be allocated to one of the Professional Services consultants to undertake the project.
The allocated consultant will work through the tasks outlined in the SOW.
At the end of the review, recommendations will be made and if required data can be extracted to allow a 3rd party to calculate any underpayments.
